3.1 Quality integrity management throughout the product life cycle
3.1.1 Product design integrity management
The company standardizes design and development and respects intellectual property rights. Formulate new product development plan according to the company's overall strategic plan. In the design process, the internal and external environment of each process shall be fully considered, the input and output requirements of the process shall be carefully identified, the corresponding functional departments shall be established, the internal and external responsibilities and mutual cooperation of the departments shall be established, and the process results shall be set and controlled. 3.1.2 Integrity management of raw materials or parts procurement
The company standardized the procurement system and improved the management system. According to the principles of cost-effectiveness, quality priority, progress cooperation, fair competition, "equal quality to price, equal price to service, and equal service to strength" in procurement management, relevant procedure documents such as Production and Service Provision Control Procedure, Procurement Control Procedure, Product Monitoring and Measurement Control Procedure, and Nonconforming Product Control Procedure have been formulated to standardize the procurement related work.

3.1.3 Integrity management in production process
The company carries out process design in combination with strategic objectives, improves the system efficiency and stability of the production line by introducing lean production, strengthening automation investment and information construction, and formulates Control Procedures for Production and Service Provision, Control Procedures for Product Monitoring and Measurement, Control Procedures for Nonconforming Products, Improvement Control Procedures and other procedure documents to conduct systematic control and standardize the production process, Control the relevant factors that affect the product quality, make the production process under control according to the determined procedures, and ensure that the product quality meets the requirements.

Personnel management: personnel shall receive pre job training before taking up their posts. Personnel in key posts can only take up their posts after passing the examination and obtaining operation certificates. Personnel changing posts shall be confirmed by the Production and Operation Center after passing the training. Workshop management personnel or quality manager shall regularly carry out quality improvement and other related training for employees, improve the quality awareness of operators, and require workshop workers to carry out production operations in strict accordance with regulations.
Equipment management: formulate and implement the equipment maintenance plan every year, carry out spot check on the equipment every day, and confirm the equipment involving safety performance as required every day to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Material management: material identification management shall be strictly carried out through system control, employee self inspection and patrol inspection. IQC locks, identifies and isolates unqualified materials. Without unbinding, the system cannot deliver locked materials.
Control method: follow the "three no" principle of "no receiving, no manufacturing, and no circulation of nonconforming products", and employees shall conduct self inspection and mutual inspection. Full time inspectors strictly implement the first article inspection, routing inspection and delivery inspection to ensure the quality of the terminal products. The workshop strictly implements the pre production meeting system. Before the product is launched, the workshop director or inspector shall organize relevant personnel in production, quality, engineering and other positions to clarify the product requirements and historical problems, make preparations in advance and specify the key points of process quality control, and organize relevant personnel to improve the quality problems found on the site that can be handled immediately; For quality problems found by long-term data statistics, weekly quality meetings or quality research teams shall be held to follow up until closed-loop rectification is completed.
Site and safety management: The company has established site management indicators and strictly followed 5S standards. Organize weekly factory tour and on-site management inspection, timely report the problems found and rectify within a time limit, and regularly conduct on-site management evaluation and reward activities. In terms of safety management, the company has formulated relevant safety management systems and emergency plans, implemented the three-level safety education system, provided safety knowledge and skills training for employees, and regularly organized emergency plan drills such as safety fire drills.
Management of measuring equipment: formulate and strictly implement the periodic verification plan of measuring equipment every year. 4.2 Measurement management

Full time measuring personnel are assigned to be responsible for equipment selection, outsourcing calibration/verification and confirmation. 6.1 Handling of quality complaints
Complaint handling process: The Foreign Trade Department is responsible for collecting customer information, receiving and handling customer complaints. The process is shown in Figure 6.1 Complaint Management Process. The responsibilities of the Ministry of Foreign Trade are:
Receive and handle customer quality complaints, San Bao claims, external returns/replacements;
External quality treatment support, organization and implementation of major after-sales services;
Cooperate with quality control personnel to deal with and reply to quality information;
Identification, input, communication and management of customer quality requirements;
Interface with the company's internal quality control department and outsourcing after-sales units to provide after-sales service;
External quality operation, customer quality satisfaction analysis and organizational improvement to minimize customer dissatisfaction and business loss.
The Foreign Trade Department is responsible for receiving and collecting customers' complaints/complaints, recording customers' opinions, and transferring relevant information to the Quality Control Department through the Customer Complaint Registration or customer specific format. The Quality Control Department shall organize relevant departments to conduct customer visits and on-site handling within 24 hours after receiving customer complaint feedback information.
If the result of analysis and confirmation is the manufacturing quality problem of the company, the Quality Control Department shall organize relevant personnel to analyze the cause to determine the root cause, propose corrective and preventive measures and organize the implementation, and properly use the error prevention technology appropriate to the risk. The Quality Control Department evaluates the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive measures to prevent the recurrence of the problem.
Accumulation and analysis of complaint information. The After sales Service and Operation Center shall be responsible for the regular statistics of customer complaints. The Operation Center is responsible for analyzing the After sales Service Record, Replacement Order and other documents fed back by customers, and the information about the return of parts without specific faults, formulating solutions, and tracking the effectiveness of solutions until the problem is closed.

3.1 Quality integrity management throughout the product life cycle
3.1.1 Product design integrity management
The company standardizes design and development and respects intellectual property rights. Formulate new product development plan according to the company's overall strategic plan. In the design process, the internal and external environment of each process shall be fully considered, the input and output requirements of the process shall be carefully identified, the corresponding functional departments shall be established, the internal and external responsibilities and mutual cooperation of the departments shall be established, and the process results shall be set and controlled. In order to ensure that the key requirements are met, assessment indicators are set up for the relevant departments responsible for process management to assess personnel at all posts to ensure the long-term effectiveness of the process. 3.1.2 Integrity management of raw materials or parts procurement
The company standardized the procurement system and improved the management system. According to the principles of cost-effectiveness, quality priority, progress cooperation, fair competition, "equal quality to price, equal price to service, and equal service to strength" in procurement management, relevant procedure documents such as Production and Service Provision Control Procedure, Procurement Control Procedure, Product Monitoring and Measurement Control Procedure, and Nonconforming Product Control Procedure have been formulated to standardize the procurement related work.
Implement supplier performance evaluation system and classify suppliers according to the importance and quality requirements of materials provided by suppliers. At the same time, the supplier's delivery, quality, service, process audit and other items will be assessed and scored monthly according to the supplier management system, and the assessment results will be linked to the supplier's matching proportion and payment for goods. According to the wishes of suppliers, strengthen the support of suppliers, provide assistance to suppliers through the guidance of stationed personnel, training of supplier quality management and inspection personnel, etc., improve the quality management level of suppliers, and ensure the continuous stability of the quality of incoming materials.
3.1.3 Integrity management in production process
The company carries out process design in combination with strategic objectives, improves the system efficiency and stability of the production line by introducing lean production, strengthening automation investment and information construction, and formulates Control Procedures for Production and Service Provision, Control Procedures for Product Monitoring and Measurement, Control Procedures for Nonconforming Products, Improvement Control Procedures and other procedure documents to conduct systematic control and standardize the production process, Control the relevant factors that affect the product quality, make the production process under control according to the determined procedures, and ensure that the product quality meets the requirements.
Through the introduction of ERP system, it effectively supports the process control, realizes the data information connection of the process, ensures the timeliness and accuracy of the data, and achieves the visual management of the data and the uniqueness and traceability of the data.
Personnel management: personnel shall receive pre job training before taking up their posts. Personnel in key posts can only take up their posts after passing the examination and obtaining operation certificates. Personnel changing posts shall be confirmed by the Production and Operation Center after passing the training. Workshop management personnel or quality manager shall regularly carry out quality improvement and other related training for employees, improve the quality awareness of operators, and require workshop workers to carry out production operations in strict accordance with regulations.
Equipment management: formulate and implement the equipment maintenance plan every year, carry out spot check on the equipment every day, and confirm the equipment involving safety performance as required every day to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Material management: material identification management shall be strictly carried out through system control, employee self inspection and patrol inspection. IQC locks, identifies and isolates unqualified materials. Without unbinding, the system cannot deliver locked materials.
Control method: follow the "three no" principle of "no receiving, no manufacturing, and no circulation of nonconforming products", and employees shall conduct self inspection and mutual inspection. Full time inspectors strictly implement the first article inspection, routing inspection and delivery inspection to ensure the quality of the terminal products. The workshop strictly implements the pre production meeting system. Before the product is launched, the workshop director or inspector shall organize relevant personnel in production, quality, engineering and other positions to clarify the product requirements and historical problems, make preparations in advance and specify the key points of process quality control, and organize relevant personnel to improve the quality problems found on the site that can be handled immediately; For quality problems found by long-term data statistics, weekly quality meetings or quality research teams shall be held to follow up until closed-loop rectification is completed.
Site and safety management: The company has established site management indicators and strictly followed 5S standards. Organize weekly factory tour and on-site management inspection, timely report the problems found and rectify within a time limit, and regularly conduct on-site management evaluation and reward activities. In terms of safety management, the company has formulated relevant safety management systems and emergency plans, implemented the three-level safety education system, provided safety knowledge and skills training for employees, and regularly organized emergency plan drills such as safety fire drills.
Management of measuring equipment: formulate and strictly implement the periodic verification plan of measuring equipment every year. For the equipment involved in safety performance testing, use the testing equipment (or good samples/bad samples) to conduct daily verification point inspection to ensure the effectiveness of the measuring equipment.
3.1.4 After sales quality integrity management
The company carries out after-sales service responsibilities according to customer needs.
1) Timely track the product quality, and the Foreign Trade Department conducts a customer satisfaction survey once a year. Open cooperation with industry partners to continuously create value for customers and the whole society.
2) When communicating with the marketing staff by telephone, ask about the company's product quality and timely feed back the situation to the Quality Control Department.
3) The foreign trade department should pay a regular return visit to customers to understand their evaluation of the company's product quality control, so as to further improve our work.
4) For each return visit to customers, a written report shall be written and filed, and professional technicians shall be sent to support and provide the best solution.

Full time measuring personnel are assigned to be responsible for equipment selection, outsourcing calibration/verification and confirmation. In order to ensure product quality, strict process control is carried out in the production process. The detection tools and measuring instruments used by operators are equipped with a torque calibration system with error proofing function. Online calibration is carried out regularly in each shift to ensure the accuracy of measuring equipment.
The purchase, warehousing and ex warehouse of measuring instruments shall be carried out in strict accordance with the approval plan and management procedures. The warehouse shall assign special personnel to keep the measuring instruments, establish the account and registration procedures, and the receiving and ex warehouse of measuring instruments must pass the verification or calibration and be confirmed by measurement before being put into use; The measuring instruments in use shall be verified/calibrated and confirmed in strict accordance with the cycle, the on-site inspection and supervision shall be strengthened, the use situation shall be mastered, and the problems found shall be handled in a timely manner.
 
4.3 Certification management
In order to comprehensively improve product quality and ensure the norms and standards of various production and operation activities, the company has successively passed the ISO 9001 management system certification, ISO 14001 management system and ISO 45001 management system.

6.1 Handling of quality complaints
Complaint handling process: The Foreign Trade Department is responsible for collecting customer information, receiving and handling customer complaints. The process is shown in Figure 6.1 Complaint Management Process. The responsibilities of the Ministry of Foreign Trade are:
Receive and handle customer quality complaints, San Bao claims, external returns/replacements;
External quality treatment support, organization and implementation of major after-sales services;
Cooperate with quality control personnel to deal with and reply to quality information;
Identification, input, communication and management of customer quality requirements;
Interface with the company's internal quality control department and outsourcing after-sales units to provide after-sales service;
External quality operation, customer quality satisfaction analysis and organizational improvement to minimize customer dissatisfaction and business loss.
The Foreign Trade Department is responsible for receiving and collecting customers' complaints/complaints, recording customers' opinions, and transferring relevant information to the Quality Control Department through the Customer Complaint Registration or customer specific format. The Quality Control Department shall organize relevant departments to conduct customer visits and on-site handling within 24 hours after receiving customer complaint feedback information.
If the result of analysis and confirmation is the manufacturing quality problem of the company, the Quality Control Department shall organize relevant personnel to analyze the cause to determine the root cause, propose corrective and preventive measures and organize the implementation, and properly use the error prevention technology appropriate to the risk. The Quality Control Department evaluates the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive measures to prevent the recurrence of the problem.
Accumulation and analysis of complaint information. The After sales Service and Operation Center shall be responsible for the regular statistics of customer complaints. The Operation Center is responsible for analyzing the After sales Service Record, Replacement Order and other documents fed back by customers, and the information about the return of parts without specific faults, formulating solutions, and tracking the effectiveness of solutions until the problem is closed.
